Prize and Entry Limitations:

Entrants may submit multiple entries during the Promotional Period, provided that each entry is made using a valid unique code. Any entry submitted without a unique code or using a unique code that has already been used shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries and/or any associated prize entitlement where it reasonably believes that this condition has been breached.

There is no limit to the number of Hourly Instant Win Prizes an entrant can win however there is a maximum of one (1) Main Prize per person via prize draw during the Main Promotion Period. The first valid entry received on or after each winning moment shall be awarded the corresponding Prize. DASH Totebag: Provisional winners will be requested to provide their postal address (within the UK) on-screen for delivery of their prize. Upon submission, winners will receive their prize within 28 days.

The MINI Cooper 135kW E Classic 41kWh 3dr Auto is subject to availability. The vehicle will be supplied with either a 26' or 76' plate and the paint finish will be Blue subject to availability and may be subject to change. Delivery will be to a designated address within Great Britain, corresponding to the recipient's entry details, subject to the recipient providing suitable evidence of motor insurance prior to dispatch. The vehicle will be delivered prepared for immediate road use, inclusive of the first registration fee, number plates, and first-year road tax. The recipient assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements relating to vehicle ownership, including but not limited to registration, insurance, and taxation.

To use the eVoucher, click the link in the SMS/text message and once in store at the till point, and about to make your payment, select "activate". The Promoter may publish or otherwise disclose information confirming that a valid Prize award has taken place, for example, the Winner's surname and county of residence.

Winners who do not wish for such details to be made public may object by providing written notice to the Promoter. Notwithstanding any objection, the Promoter may still be legally required to share the Winner's details and entry information with relevant regulatory authorities upon request.

No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple email addresses; using multiple postal addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant's or a household's entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

Illegible, incorrect and/or incomplete Entries will not be accepted or eligible to win a prize(s). No responsibility can be accepted for Entries that are illegible, incorrect, incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
